How do I restore my purchase?

Use the "Restore Purchases" option within the app. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, then select Statly and cancel.

I need a refund. How do I request one?

All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process.

Can I use Statly on multiple devices?

Yes! As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID, you can use Statly on all your iOS devices. Your purchases and subscriptions will sync across devices.
